Overview
This role involves providing financial guidance and advisory services to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and long-term security. You will work in a client-focused environment, building relationships while delivering investment and insurance solutions.
The position offers opportunities to develop a recurring income stream and grow within a structured mentorship and professional development framework.
It combines client acquisition, financial advisory, and relationship management, with an emphasis on long-term client engagement and income growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire clients through various prospecting strategies
- Review and assess prospective and existing client portfolios
- Propose investment and insurance solutions tailored to client needs
- Manage client relationships and support retention
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Service and review financial portfolios to maintain long-term relationships
Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Motivation to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Passion to make a difference
