Job Description

- Position Title: Transport Controller Assistant / Transport Controller Trainee
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with Scheduling and Dispatch
- Plan routes and dispatch vehicles based on timelines and available resources.
- Track shipment progress and ensure schedules are met.
- Communicate with drivers and stakeholders to give instructions, resolve issues, and keep operations smooth.
- Follow transport and safety rules, including escort and port requirements (e.g., relevant port regulations).
- Assist with maintenance, inspections, and related documentation for fleet management
- Identify delays or issues and help resolve them promptly.
- Update customers, answer queries, and support a positive experience.
- Keep accurate records of operations, incidents, and compliance.
