Big Top is the Trusted Event Management Company in Singapore. We specialised in event planning for Family Day, D&D, Launch Events, Roadshows & Carnivals. Our company also provides in-house carnival rental from carnival games, live food stations, arcade machines, ball pit, video games console, advertising balloons, bouncy castles and many more!

Qualifications & experience
- Have more than 2 years of experience in event coordinating
- Able to work with Teams/Vendors to execute successful events
- Assist in coordinating, set up and teardown of events
- Communicate with client through call, whatsapp, email and on-site
- Able to craft creative proposal for client
Tasks & responsibilities
- Access platforms such as gebiz and tenderboard to bid for projects
- Handling enquiries for event planning & equipment rental
- Work with designer & event coordinator to coordinate vendors, manpower, delivery for events
- Assist in pre-planning, setup / teardown and onsite event management
- Work in a team to run the event smoothly
- Manage costs and maximise profits
- Inject fresh ideas to make every event unique
- Source for and liaise with vendors and suppliers
- Servicing existing and new clients
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday
10am - 6pm
