Key Information:

  • Gross salary up to $2,700/month
  • Working Locations - Keat Hong & Frontier
  • Part Time position available too
  • Opportunities to gain valuable customer service
  • Supportive team environment with comprehensive training provided

Job Duties:

  • Welcome and assist members of the public with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Provide guidance on digital and self-service platforms.
  • Respond to general enquiries and deliver quality customer service.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service experience.
  • Support day-to-day centre operations, events and administrative activities.
  • Help maintain a safe, organised and welcoming environment by reporting incidents when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using digital devices and learning new systems.
  • Able to stand and move around for extended periods during the course of work
