Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable processes, including verifying supplier invoices, processing payments, and maintaining AP schedules.
- Maintain and update vendor master data to ensure accurate records.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update fixed asset records.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of accounting transactions.
- Support finance-related projects and undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP accounting systems.
- Knowledge of DIVA reporting system is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
