Responsibilities
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related employment matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates of HR databases.
- Support payroll administration, attendance tracking, and HR reporting activities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee insurance matters, including enrolments, updates, claims submissions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare job postings and screen candidates in collaboration with hiring departments.
- Coordinate interviews and support recruitment activities.
- Assist with internship and trainee programme administration when required.
- Organise employee engagement initiatives, welfare programmes, training activities, and company events.
- Prepare HR communications, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Support the review and updating of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
- Participate in HR audits, data verification exercises, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support HR system enhancements and workflow optimisation projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
