Ensure day-to-day maintenance and operations run smoothly
Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filing gaps on wall etc.
Install appliances and equipment
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
Knowledgable in basic electrician / technician works
Maintain cleanliness of premises
Provide administrative support (eg. updating operations works)
