- 5.25-day work week (Alternate Sat)

- Duration: Nov 2026 - Apr 2027
Responsibilities:
- Dispense and supply medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and established procedures.
- Review prescriptions and medication profiles to ensure safe and appropriate medication use.
- Provide medication counselling and education to patients on dosage, usage and potential side effects.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug-related issues.
- Manage medication procurement, stock and inventory, including expiry and out-of-stock monitoring.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
- Participate in medication safety, quality improvement and other pharmacy-related initiatives.
- Perform other pharmacy duties and ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
