Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Design marketing campaigns and set long-term brand positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and coach marketing staff or external vendor partners.
  • Budget Management: Allocate funds across channels and maximize return on investment.
  • Data Analysis: Track campaign metrics and adjust strategies using analytics tools.
  • Cross-Functional Work: Align go-to-market plans with sales and product teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on marketing and project leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, SEO, social media, and web analytics (like Google Analytics).
  • Core Competencies: Strong strategic thinking, clear communication, and leadership capabilities
