Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition/ Construction, North Region)

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job profiling and sourcing to offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers and business units on manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, agencies, career fairs and campus recruitment.
- Manage pre-employment and onboarding arrangements, including work passes, medical checks and documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, employee data and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including leave, benefits, engagement, appraisal, welfare and employee relations.
- Handle staff enquiries, disciplinary matters and grievances.
- Improve recruitment and onboarding processes and support HR projects and compliance.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful and strong in candidate sourcing.
- Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and service orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR systems, recruitment platforms and job portals.
