Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional or technical solutions.
- Configure, customize, and implement SAP modules based on business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform GAP analysis, and suggest improvements.
- Provide guidance on SAP best practices and business process optimization.
- Support SAP system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Assist with data migration, system upgrades, and SAP patch implementations.
- Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues in a timely manner.
- Work with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers for successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in SAP consulting.
- Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, HCM, ABAP).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and other SAP technologies is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, human resources, or sales & distribution.
- Ability to perform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting independently.
- Good knowledge of integration between SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP certification in relevant module(s) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SAP project lifecycle management (implementation, upgrade, migration).
- Knowledge of SAP analytics, reporting tools (SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum project methodology.
