Senior Logistics Executive

Duties:
- Oversee the complete customer order lifecycle, covering demand forecasting, procurement, order processing, delivery and closure.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and the Sales team to coordinate order fulfilment and ensure smooth execution
- Track inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning to ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Manage warehouse activities, including stock reconciliation, inventory accuracy and regular cycle counts.
- Monitor slow-moving, damaged and obsolete stock, coordinating appropriate actions to manage inventory effectively.
- Work closely with 3PL providers and logistics partners to streamline warehousing, shipping and delivery operations.
- Coordinate shipment planning, transportation arrangements and freight activities to achieve timely deliveries.
- Review logistics invoices, process shipment-related cost postings and ensure accurate SAP transaction records.
- Manage insurance declarations and claims, coordinating with insurers and relevant parties for timely follow-up and resolution.
- Contribute to process enhancements, system improvements and cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment, supply chain, logistics or customer service operations.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
