Job Responsibilities
Screen and assess patients for study eligibility based on established criteria.
Support informed consent taking and conduct baseline and outcome assessments.
Administer study questionnaires and conduct scheduled telephone follow-ups with participants.
Coordinate patient care and study activities with healthcare professionals including physicians, health coaches and dietitians.
Arrange follow-up appointments, laboratory tests and procedures according to study requirements.
Maintain accurate and timely research documentation and participant records.
Track study appointments, send reminders and coordinate recall or rescheduling of missed appointments.
Manage participant reimbursements and maintain accurate tracking of study budget utilisation.
Coordinate recruitment and follow-up activities with internal and external study stakeholders.
Maintain recruitment records, study data and site documentation, including study site files.
Coordinate and attend study meetings and support the Principal Investigator (PI) with study administration.
Ensure compliance with study protocols, organisational policies, safety requirements and research guidelines.
Report adverse events and incidents according to established procedures.
Support quality improvement and review of research-related work processes.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy or a related healthcare discipline.
Relevant experience in clinical research, clinical coordination, healthcare operations or patient care will be advantageous.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and research protocols is preferred.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities.
Good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong research documentation and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation systems.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare and research teams.
