JOB SCOPE
Process and enter customer orders accurately into the system.
Prepare quotations and handle purchase and sales activities.
Liaise with customers on order requirements and provide updates.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for smooth order fulfilment.
Track and update order status and maintain proper records.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder preferred.
Prior experience in order processing and quotation preparation is required.
Good communication and coordination skills.
8.30am to 4 pm (1 day wfh per week + flexible working hours)
