Data Entry of Accounting Entry into XERO Software & AP duties
Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Enter supplier invoices, customer invoices, receipts and payments into the accounting system
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
- Perform bank reconciliations and basic account reconciliations
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and supporting documents
- Assist with payment preparation and accounting schedules
- Support month-end closing and audit documentation where required
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by the finance team
Requirements:
- With relevant experience in accounting duties
- Experience using Xero
