Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their immigration needs and objectives.
Provide personalized advice on suitable residency options based on individual requirements.
Sales: Promote immigration services to prospective clients through various channels, including networking events, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the immigration process.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and handle all personal data responsibly.
Requirements
We welcome candidates with a Diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Prior experience in sales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with strong client empathy and professionalism.
Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
