Our Client is a well-established company in Singapore to serve the semiconductor and electronics industries both local and globally.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer support to corporate clients, managing their orders and requests end-to-end.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including quotations, service support, and documentation requests.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations in a timely manner.
- Provide required documents through customers' respective management systems.
- Proactively update customers on order status and shipment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts price lists for customers.
- Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and shipments.
- Assist customers with customs queries by preparing and submitting the necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and hardworking with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and adaptable with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- High level of integrity and able to handle confidential information.
- Capable of working both independently and in teams.
- Able to handle tight schedules and high request volumes while remaining composed.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to work with diverse individuals.
- Experience in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines is an advantage.
