Job Description:
Summary: As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the assigned key accounts. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth functioning and efficient administration to meet the customer interests. Your role will involve coordinating sales activities, maintaining records, generating reports, and collaborating with internal departments to facilitate customer shipments. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as you may be required to assist in various areas as assigned by your superior.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and oversee sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and adjustments.
· Update and maintain the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system, including the Bill of Materials (BOM) list and inventory management.
· Track and monitor customer sales orders and outstanding delivery orders (DO).
· Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing records, and maintaining a clean work environment.
· Generate reports for both internal management and customers, providing valuable insights and analysis.
· Collaborate closely with internal departments, including logistics and operations, to ensure seamless coordination of customer shipments.
· Take on ad hoc duties and projects as assigned, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
· Proven experience in sales or related roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
· Proficiency in using sales management software and systems, including the Material Requirements Planning (MRP)system.
· Analytical mindset and the ability to generate insightful reports and analysis.
· Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
· Knowledge of the products or parts 1starticle is essential.
