- Review and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide professional advice on the use, dosage, and side effects of medicines to patients and healthcare providers.
- Monitor the supply and quality of medicines, ensuring proper storage and security.
- Maintain and update patient medication records and ensure confidentiality.
