Job Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with customers by understanding their financial goals and needs
- Proactively engage customers and identify opportunities to introduce suitable wealth solutions
- Recommend the Bank’s range of wealth management products and services based on customers’ needs
- Generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals and customer engagement
- Build and manage your own customer portfolio
- Follow up actively with customers and convert opportunities into business
- Achieve individual sales and performance targets
- Develop long-term relationships while maximising opportunities to grow the customer portfolio
- Stay updated on the Bank’s products, services and market developments
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements
- Take initiative to improve sales performance and contribute to team success
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in any discipline
- Sales-driven, ambitious and highly motivated individuals who enjoy working towards challenging targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident personality with the ability to engage and influence customers
- Results-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Proactive and persistent, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Able to identify opportunities, take action and follow through to achieve results
- Prior experience in sales, business development, banking, insurance, financial services, recruitment, real estate or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Candidates without banking or wealth management experience but with a strong sales track record are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in financial products, investments and wealth management
- Willing to learn and obtain relevant financial certifications where required
- Professional, resilient and able to handle rejection and challenging conversations
