Job Summary
As a Junior Sales & Marketing Associate, you will support campaigns, build customer relationships, and represent brands through face-to-face marketing in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Customer & Client Engagement
- Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve campaign performance and customer experience
- Identify customer needs and deliver excellent service to meet those needs
Sales Support
- Assist in acquiring new customers and generating leads to support sales growth
- Support campaign planning, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
Campaign Execution
- Represent brands at events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility
- Execute marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness and customer engagement
- Propose ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve customer interactions
