- Arrange import shipments and coordinate customs clearance for goods arriving from China.
- Monitor and follow up on shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to client enquiries regarding shipment progress and delivery timelines.
- Prepare detailed goods listings for clients based on packing lists received from the China factory.
- Issue Delivery Orders (DO) to clients and ensure accuracy of delivery documentation.
- Manage containers upon arrival at the warehouse, including unloading coordination and inventory checks.
- Arrange transportation such as trailers, lorry cranes, and other logistics support as required.
- Prepare and provide all necessary documents for customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
- Track and follow up on goods status with the China team to ensure smooth shipment flow.
- Liaise closely with the China factory regarding packing lists, cargo readiness, and container loading arrangements.
- Liaise daily with the China team to obtain and update clients’ production lists.
- Keep accurate records of goods delivered to clients and ensure delivery quantities are correct.
- Respond promptly to superiors regarding any urgent or emergency logistics arrangements.
- Perform ad‑hoc administrative and tasks assigned by the superior.
