Our client is a growing organisation in the Technical Energy Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Business Development Executive - Home Appliances to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in North area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property developers, project managers, architects, M&E consultants, etc.
- Identify and pursue new leads through cold calling, networking and regular client visits.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct presentations to introduce products and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Act as the key contact for clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in bids and tenders for new projects.
- Coordinate project submissions, quotations, documentation and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project progress, payment status and ensure timely project completion.
- Support after-sales activities and ensure proper project handover and closure.
- Assist with sales and marketing activities, including seminars, workshops and client events.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, project residential sales
- Experience managing stakeholders and building relationships with clients.
- Candidates from the real estate, construction, building materials, appliances or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel to sites when required.
