Looking for an experienced HR Executive to support a wide range of HR generalist functions , including:
Learning & Development & training administration
Employee engagement activities & events
Recruitment & interview coordination
New hire onboarding & work pass matters
Payroll administration & verification
Employee offboarding & exit processes
HRIS, leave, claims & time management systems
Benefits administration
Personnel file management & HR documentation
Vendor management & general HR administration
Other HR projects and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
☑ Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
☑ At least 2 years of HR experience
☑ Manufacturing experience preferred
☑ Proficient in Microsoft Office
☑ Good communication and interpersonal skills
☑ Able to work independently with minimal supervision
☑ Positive, confident, self-motivated & team-oriented
☑ Familiar with Singapore employment legislation
