Job Scope:
- Perform clinical and administrative duties
- Schedule patient appointments and registration
- Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations
- Responsible for planning and maintaining clinical & service quality
- Registration of patients and provide customer service
- Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines
- Process of billing transactions under different government schemes
- Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items
- Operate Clinic Management System
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good patient care and service attributes
- Working hours: 5.5 work week
