Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,000 per month
Working Hours: 5 day work week
Time: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect the required medical equipment prior to each visit
- Travel to and conduct home visits with assigned patients
- Perform nursing care and assessments during the visit in line with care plans
- Return equipment and items after each visit, ensuring proper handling and accountability
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits and care provided
- Respond to on-call duties as required
Requirements:
- Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Valid nursing certification required
- Prior home care or community nursing experience is an advantage but not essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage time across multiple home visits
