Job Description
- Ensure accurate and timely trade capture, confirmation, and settlement across multiple asset classes.
- Monitor and resolve settlement discrepancies and issues.
- Liaise with counter parties, custodians, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare and review settlement reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in resolving trade-related queries and escalations.
- Support process improvements to enhance settlement efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of settlement regulations and industry standards.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects within the banking and financial services department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Middle Office Operations professional should have:
- Experience in middle office, trade support, or settlements within financial services.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with settlement systems and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
