Sales Executive (Smart Home Project Sales)

Moorgen Pte. Ltd. is the sole authorized distributor of Moorgen ( German-engineered smart home systems in Singapore. From our Experience Centre at View email address on mycareersfuture.gov.sg, we work with interior designers, architects, developers, and M&E consultants to bring intelligent, beautifully designed living into luxury homes, new developments, and commercial spaces.
We're hiring two sales executives to grow our project pipeline. You do not need to know KNX or smart home technology on day one—we will teach you. What you've done is real experience selling or specifying into the design and construction world and the discipline to run your own accounts properly.
What you'll do
- Sell integrated smart home systems into luxuryresidential, developer and commercial projects
- Build your pipeline through interiordesigners, architects, developers, M&E consultants and main contractors
- Translate a client's brief into a solution across lighting, shading, climate and control
- Work with our technical and design team on system design,BOQ and proposals
- Own your accounts from specification through to project handover
- Host clients and design partners at ourHenderson experience centre
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years in B2B, project or design-led sales. Backgrounds we especially want to hear from: interior design, lighting, furniture, AV, ELV, building materials, or architectural products. Relevant experience can stand in for the diploma.
- Someone who can hold their own with a designer and with an engineer, and switch between the two
- Organised and dependable, you keep commitments and your follow-ups
- Genuine interest in premium design and smarthome technology
Nice to have, not required
- Exposure to KNX, DALI, Modbus or BACnet
- Ability to read drawings and BOQs
- Conversational Mandarin for liaising with ourregional principals

- $3,500 - $4,500 monthly base , set by experience, plus commission on project value paid on collection
