We are seeking a versatile and motivated team member to support retail sales, customer engagement and digital marketing activities for our premium lighting and luxury home décor business.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers, recommend suitable products and support sales conversions.
- Promote the company’s product range and services through effective customer engagement.
- Explore potential sales opportunities beyond the retail showroom.
- Provide product information and assist customers throughout the buying journey.
- Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Assist with creating and publishing relevant product and promotional content.
- Work closely with a small team to support sales, marketing and daily business operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach to customers and colleagues.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
- Interest in retail sales, digital marketing, lighting or interior décor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a small team.
