Recruitment Consultant (Candidate Sourcing Focus)

At WOLA Recruitment , we specialise in connecting essential workforce talent with companies that keep Singapore running, from manufacturing and logistics to F&B and operations.
We’re expanding and looking for a hands-on Recruiter who thrives in high-volume, blue-collar hiring and can move fast on the ground.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Source and place candidates for blue-collar / frontline roles (e.g. production, warehouse, F&B, operations)
- Post and optimise job ads across MCF, FastJobs, JobStreet, social platforms
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates efficiently (walk-ins / WhatsApp / calls)
- Manage high-volume pipelines and ensure fast turnaround for clients
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placements
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates using Excel
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
- CEI Certified (Basic / KAH)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience , preferably in blue-collar / mass hiring
- Proven ability to hit KPIs and placement targets
- Comfortable handling high-volume roles and fast-paced timelines
- Strong communication skills (English; Mandarin is a plus for ground communication)
- Independent, resourceful, and execution-driven
