In this role, you will support in ensuring production equipment are active and stable, perform equipment/tool repair & maintenance, handle spare parts management and drives equipment improvement. You will work closely with engineering & production team to help ensure product quality, equipment reliability, and operational excellence while contributing to a collaborative and innovative manufacturing environment.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Address production redlights related to equipment/tool failure and ensure timely recovery of manufacturing operations
- Perform equipment/facility maintenance activities, including Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) to ensure continuous production operations & improve equipment uptime
- Execute in-house testing and calibrations of equipment in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors in the execution of contract services and projects to support operational and business objectives
- Manage spare parts management, including inventory control, stock replenishment and tracking of critical spares to minimize equipment downtime
- Drive continuous equipment improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve performance, and increase manufacturing efficiency.
- Support in executing production rework activities to ensure product quality and compliance with specification

For This Role, You Will Need
- Proficient in equipment troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and maintenance support for resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
- Experience in performing preventive maintenance activities including inspections, servicing, calibration and replacement of wear & tear components in accordance with maintenance schedules.
- Possess working knowledge of PLCs and automations systems, enabling effective support of equipment operation, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of related manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of welding automation systems and process is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
