Client Introduction
We work with established hotels in Singapore, partnering with them to recruit quality talent across Sales, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations and Corporate Functions. Our focus is on connecting hospitality professionals with opportunities to grow their careers while supporting our clients’ talent and business needs.
Job Scope
- Lead the hotel’s overall sales, marketing, branding and commercial strategy.
- Drive room revenue, F&B sales, events business and market share.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, digital channels, public relations and brand positioning.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance and business forecasts.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar capacity with extensive hotel sales and marketing experience, including leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of hospitality distribution channels.
- Proven track record in business growth, strategic planning and team management.
