Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
Salary: $4,500 – $5,600/month
Employment: 1-Year Renewable Contract
Position: Building & Facilities Executive / Manager (Individual Contributor)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance and minor repairs of building structures and facilities.
- Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedule.
- Troubleshoot and respond promptly to facilities issues and breakdowns.
- Monitor building equipment and report abnormalities.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
- Support fire safety system checks and workplace safety inspections.
- Maintain maintenance records, logs and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and regulatory requirements.
- Support office layout changes, furniture installation and equipment relocation when required.
