Facilities Building Manager
- Basic Range up to SGD 7,000.00.
- 5 days work week.
- Office Location: Downtown CBD
As a Facilities Building Manager, What You Will Be Doing:
- Overseeing Maintenance & Operations of the office building to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance in accordance to BMSMA and conduct regular safety inspection.
- Review and prepare budget management, involve in negotiation contracts with vendors and other costing such as (CAPEX, Sinking Funds, etc)
- Review Terms Contract to ensure compliance and timely procurement process.
- Liaise with stakeholder of MCST.
Key Success For This Role:
- At least Diploma or Degree in Building, Facilities, M&E or equivalent.
- Proven 5 to 10 years work experience in building management.
- Experienced in MCST and BMSMA.
- Comfortable to work beyond standard operating hours, when required.
