• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (Office Hours)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentives + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial summaries, and client-facing documentation to support business opportunities.
• Maintain pricing templates, standard documentation, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all submissions.
• Support the preparation of Letters of Award, quotations, and contract summaries.
• Track project milestones, invoicing schedules, and key contractual deadlines to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate inputs from engineers, subcontractors, and partners to ensure complete and aligned submissions.
• Maintain project trackers, reporting templates, and organised digital documentation systems.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, client submissions, and internal management updates.
• Conduct structured prospect research and market mapping to support business development efforts.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and internal preparation for management.
• Maintain CRM systems and provide visibility on opportunity pipelines and commercial progress.
• Support operational and administrative processes, including invoice preparation, supplier documentation, and continuous process improvements.

• Diploma in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a structured commercial, engineering, consulting, or project support role.
• Exposure to property, infrastructure, engineering, or energy sectors is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with clear and professional written communication skills.
• Commercially curious, with an interest in understanding project economics and value creation.
• Able to multitask effectively, work independently, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and management.
