⏰ Working Hours
• Weekdays: 9.00am–5.30pm / 12.00pm–9.00pm / 9.00am–9.00pm
• Weekends: 1.00pm–9.00pm
• Roster may include weekends and pre/post Public Holidays
Responsibilities
• Perform patient registration and general administrative duties
• Handle high-volume patient registrations
• Assist with clinic operations and patient-related matters
• Maintain accurate patient information and records
• Support smooth day-to-day medical centre operations
• Rotate between Migrant Worker Medical Centres when required
Requirements
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Clinic / hospital / Migrant Worker Medical Centre experience preferred
• Able to commit for at least 6 months
• Willing to rotate between medical centres
• Valid MMR, Tdap and COVID-19 vaccination records required
