Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to email enquiries and provide timely assistance
• Assist customers with appointments, requests and general enquiries
• Perform data entry, filing and document management
• Maintain accurate customer information and communication records
• Prepare basic reports and track customer enquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Escalate complex cases and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Requirements
• Min. diploma / Degree in any discipline preferred
• Customer service experience advantageous
• Experience handling phone and email enquiries preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills
