Responsibilities
• Handle billing matters for Operating Theatre (OT) operations
• Attend to queries and emails regarding hospital bills
• Liaise with clinics and departments to confirm operations
• Coordinate with the OT ferry team on patient transfers
• Provide general reception and coordination support
• Training will be provided, starting with billing duties
Requirements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure hospital environment
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to commit long-term preferred
