Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and live demonstrations of EPOS solutions.
- Understand customers' operational needs and recommend suitable POS hardware and software solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to close sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
- Experience selling software, SaaS, payment solutions, or technology products will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with outbound sales activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
