- Proven experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
- Strong meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience maintaining project plans and tracking deliverables.
