Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and operational requirements.
- Carry out food preparation, cutting, portioning and cooking.
- Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation standards.
- Assist with stock preparation, receiving and inventory control.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Support the daily operations of the food stall and kitchen.
- May be assigned to different food stalls or outlets operated by the company according to operational requirements.
- Perform other reasonable kitchen duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Relevant kitchen or cooking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation, food hygiene and kitchen operations.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
