Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Manage your assigned kitchen station efficiently during preparation and service
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards within the kitchen
- Support inventory preparation and proper food storage
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service
Requirements
- Experience working in a professional restaurant kitchen
- Fine dining experience is advantageous
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
