Helpdesk Support Engineer

Job Scope & Requirement Wise:
- Raise the Tickets into the Ticket Management System (ServiceNow).
- Some Basic Triaging, aka Process of Swiftly Assessing and Prioritizing Tasks or Incidents Based on Their Urgency and Importance.
- Assign the Ticket Status and Provide an Update to the Ticket Requestor.
- Please Support Any Ticket-Related Report/Stats Generation as and when needed.
- Backfill Requested, aka Temp Coverage as Staffing a Vacant Position.
