Position 1: Livestream Assistant (Shopline / TikTok)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare products before livestream (upload listings, set links, check stock)

• Operate Shopline / TikTok backend during livestream

• Assist host during live sessions (manage comments, adjust pricing, update stock)

• Track and organize sales data after livestream

• Assist in planning livestream flow & product sequence

• Basic video editing for promotional clips 

• Handle basic order follow-ups & simple customer service matters

‍ Requirements:

• Basic computer skills

• Experience with e-commerce or livestream backend is an advantage

• Fast response & able to multitask

• Able to work during livestream hours (evening sessions)

• Responsible & able to work under pressure

✨ Bonus Skills:

✔ Familiar with CapCut

✔ Experience with TikTok Shop / Shopline/E-commerce Platform

Position 2: Packing & Fulfillment Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately

• Check product quality, quantity & variations

• Pack parcels and prepare for shipment

• Assist with stock counting & inventory management

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness

• Inspect returned / exchanged items

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented and careful

• Basic computer skills (printing labels, checking orders)

• Responsible and efficient

• Able to work independently

• 会用电脑打印单据

• 有责任感

• 动作利落、效率高

• 能独立完成工作
