Job Description
- Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and requestfor quotation
- General Contract administration and measurementworks
- Liaise with subcontractor and clients
- Ensure timely completion of an assign tender
- Updating contract documents, drawings, andcorrespondences
- Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned
- Better to have final account experience
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying orequivalent
- Minimum 2-year experience in residential housingpreferred and final account work
- Proficient in MS Office and other MeasurementSoftware
- Shows independency ability to multi-task,prioritize, and organise tasks
- Ability to liaise with consultants, subcons andclient
- Familiar with VOs, Als, EOT and final accountwork
