E-Commerce/Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking an E Commerce Assistant to join our growing team in Singapore. As an E Commerce/Warehouse Assistant, you will be supporting daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, scanning and labelling.
Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Use pick sheets to retrieve items and scanned out from inventory.
- Quality Control: Visually inspect items for damage, defects, or missing parts before packing.
- Packaging: Select appropriate materials (E.g - boxes, bubble wrap, padding) to protect goods.
- Labelling and Documentation: Apply accurate shipping labels and tracking information to packages to prevent shipping errors
- Inventory Management: Update inventory system to record packed items and report low stock levels. Accurately pick items based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and ensure they are timely for dispatch.
- Staging and Loading : Move completed orders to staging areas or load them onto delivery trucks using pallet jacks or trolleys.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist in monthly and annual stock taking activities
- Perform other ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an E Commerce/Warehouse Assistant or Similar Role
- Excellence communications and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail
- Able to lift heavy objects and able to handle warehouse duties
- Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
- Singaporean/Local with experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Able to start immediately
