Responsibilities:
- Provide full recruitment support to new and existing clients
- Perform research and understand clients well
- Source for suitable candidates via networking, advertising, and referrals
- Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on the client's requirements and needs
- Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
- Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
- Coordination of interview arrangements between clients and candidates
- Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients
- Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
- Perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates
- Work closely with different teams to fulfill client's needs
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 Years in Healthcare Sector OR proven experience in Recruitment
- Candidates who are flexible, adaptive, willing to learn and improve, driven, and independent will have a distinct advantage
