Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and automation solutions across GoNetZero.
You will work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and business transformation, developing production-ready solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered applications, copilots, and autonomous agents.
- Develop multi-agent systems and agent orchestration workflows.
- Design and implement RAG solutions and knowledge-based AI applications.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and business platforms.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on Azure.
- Prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Ensure reliability, security, governance, and performance of AI systems.
Required
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience building APIs, backend services, and cloud-based applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with:
- Azure OpenAI / OpenAI

- Agent Development Kit (ADK)

- RAG Architectures

- Experience deploying production AI solutions.
