As a Warehouse Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Prepare and process inbound and outbound shipment documentation accurately and on time.
- Monitor warehouse operations and update shipment/receipt status in WMS.
- Coordinate with internal teams and warehouse staff to resolve stock and operational issues.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records for shipments and warehouse activities.
- Track inventory discrepancies, returns, and stock movements to ensure accuracy.
- Support daily warehouse administration, including attendance and asset records.
- Assist with stock counts, audits, and other ad hoc operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or above.
- Prior working experience in warehouse environment is an added advantage.
