Properties Sales Executive

Sevens Group Singapore is seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our in-house property sales team.

This is a developer-side sales role focused on the direct marketing and sale of Sevens Group's portfolio of residential, landed and commercial properties. The successful candidate will manage prospective buyers, work closely with external property agents and agency partners, conduct property presentations and viewings, and support the full sales process from initial enquiry through to closing.

The role is suited to someone with strong interpersonal skills, confidence in dealing with property buyers and agents, and a genuine interest in Singapore real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Property Sales & Client Management

• Manage incoming sales enquiries and qualify prospective buyers.
• Conduct property presentations, private viewings, open houses and project tours.
• Understand buyers' requirements and recommend suitable properties within the company's portfolio.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Present property features, pricing, specifications, location advantages and investment considerations professionally.
• Handle sales discussions and negotiations within management-approved parameters.
• Support the sales process from initial enquiry through negotiation, option issuance and completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers, prospects and business contacts.

Property Agent & Agency Engagement

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external property agents and agencies.
• Conduct regular agent outreach to promote the company's available properties.
• Organize and support agent previews, briefings, open houses and project launches.
• Ensure agents are equipped with accurate and updated sales materials, pricing and property information.
• Follow up actively with agents on buyer interest, viewings and potential transactions.
• Expand and maintain an active database of productive property agents and agency partners.

Sales Pipeline & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings, offers and ongoing negotiations.
• Provide regular updates on buyer feedback and market response.
• Track sales activity and conversion across assigned properties.
• Highlight recurring buyer objections, pricing feedback and competitor activity to management.
• Prepare weekly sales pipeline and activity reports.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Market Knowledge

• Maintain a strong understanding of Singapore's residential, landed and commercial property markets.
• Keep abreast of competing listings, recent transactions, pricing movements and market trends.
• Develop a good understanding of property tenure, planning considerations, financing and transaction processes relevant to the company's portfolio.
• Be able to communicate the key selling propositions of each property confidently and accurately.

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with the Executive Director - Commercial Strategy and management on sales priorities and active opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on sales materials, digital campaigns, property launches and lead-generation activities.
• Provide practical market feedback to improve sales presentations and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all client-facing information remains consistent with the company's positioning and brand standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline preferred.
• Approximately 1-5 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Experience in both Singapore / Overseas residential, landed, new-launch, luxury or commercial property would be advantageous.
• Candidates from property agencies looking to move into a developer-side/in-house sales environment are welcome.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident interacting with property buyers, high-net-worth clients and external agents.
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline and a results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable conducting property viewings and attending appointments outside standard office hours when required.
• Good understanding of digital communication tools, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of English additional languages would be advantageous.
